Founder,

Organizational Development Consultant + Leadership Coach

I am an organizational development consultant and ICF-accredited coach.

As a previous people leader at a global retail company, I am passionate about the intersection of a positive employee (people) AND customer experience, while driving results.

I bring over a decade of experience leading strategy, building, and scaling high-performing (and at times not so high-performing) teams in retail and non-profit settings and have coached over 100 individuals from individual contributors to front-line and second-line managers in organizations across various industries such as computer software, eCommerce, technology, healthcare, insurance, retail, and nonprofits.

I work with coaching clients to support them in areas such as well-being, mindfulness, navigating role transitions, optimizing individual and/or team work performance, improving communication skills, productivity, and exploring career opportunities.

In addition to coaching, I consult with organizations in strategic planning, organizational design, succession planning, employee and team development, process improvement (such as hiring and onboarding), and design and facilitation of annual planning, leadership + team development workshops and retreats.

Some personal beliefs about people development and how I approach work:

  • As humans, we need connection to support our well-being, happiness, grow + drive results.

  • To drive results, there needs to be safety and connection.

  • I always, always encourage people to be in the real conversation. If you know me, we’ve probably had a conversation about Kim Scott’s book Radical Candor. There is so much emotional turmoil tied up in misunderstandings and assumptions, that can be mitigated through conversations.

  • Frequent dialogue + active listening = more shared understanding, empathy, and support of one another.

  • Strategic plans should be living and breathing documents.

  • There is power in taking 10 minutes. 10 minutes at the top of your day, at the end of the day, between meetings to pause, breathe, reflect on your priorities, to get present for your next conversation or task.

  • I approach my work as a thought partner, collaborator, and with curiosity.

Happy to hop on zoom or grab a cup of coffee to connect!
